Fish shop The fishmonger at Les Halles that we can wholeheartedly recommend: for the quality of the fish arrivals, the reliability of the service and the knowledge of the product, both shellfish and fish. We'd also like to commend the preparations: fried calamari, cod acras, garlic and parsley anchovies, Provençal-style salmon, wraps and burgers... Prices are often attractive for wild fish, such as sea bass or red mullet at less than €20 per kilo.
