Pastry Millau is a town full of quality craftsmen whose approach is sincere. This is one of them. The viennoiseries are excellent, and the pastries bear witness to the pastry chef's pleasure and imagination. Varied iced verrines in summer. Winter logs are available in a variety of flavors: "Opalis" (chocolate, passion fruit, strawberries), "Laguiole" (crème brûlée and Piedmont hazelnuts), "Profiteroles", "Sœurs Tatin" (caramelized apples)... ice creams and tarts are very good and attractive. Easter chocolates are figurines directly inspired by Larzac, with sheep to munch on (chocolate obliges). You can take them away with you, or enjoy them on the spot in the tearoom-café, where you can prolong the pleasure of tasting them.
