Pastry At the central traffic circle, on the threshold of the town center, a pastry shop in tune with the times, with carefully crafted creations. Large-format specialties include raspberry, Laguiole chocolate hazelnut with vanilla crème brûlée, Roussillon nougat and apricot with almond cookie, a fine Parisian flan and a range of homemade chocolates.
