This cannery, which has been in business since 1966, offers a wide range of tripes. Original creations such as tripe with tarragon and chickpeas, porcini mushrooms and saffron are on offer. But you'll also find pâtés, jambonneaux, coffrets and regional specialties like fricandeaux with coconut beans, sautéed chicken à l'aveyronnaise, cheese soup and cassoulet with duck confit.
