Fish shop For over 20 years, Lynda, supported by her husband Sébastien, also a fishmonger, has been getting up in the middle of the night several times a week to unearth ultra-fresh seafood of the highest quality and taste from local fish markets. Then, surrounded by her colleagues, she carefully arranges them on their stalls at the halls in Neuville-de-Poitou on Thursdays and Sundays, in Gémonzac on Fridays and in Poitiers on Saturdays. Behind this unwavering motivation is an unwavering desire to offer you the very best in seasonal fishing from small boats. Did you know that summer is lean season? Whatever your level of knowledge on the subject, take the time to talk to Lynda! She's a history buff who's happy to share her knowledge of local fishing. What's more, this gourmet shares her recipes and offers tasty home-cooked dishes (spreads, pan-fries...) as well as suggestions from local artisans. As well as being won over by the products, we love the atmosphere and service provided by her "dream team", whose good humor is contagious.
