Gault&Millau's review

Bakery Fouace de Laguiole is a house specialty that has maintained its reputation at the top since 1858. For more than 160 years and 6 generations (as of summer 2019), it has been delighting gourmets with this pure butter brioche, lightly scented with orange blossom, which doesn't reveal all its manufacturing secrets, but can be enjoyed over and over again. Homemade candied fruit cakes, croquants de Laguiole or prune tarts and rissoles are also specialties available on site or ready to ship.
