Bakery The pastries are renowned (1st prize for best croissant in 2018), but the space is spacious and offers plenty of variety, including pastries—with delicious fruit tarts, classics like the Opera cake and éclairs—and a substantial selection of savory items, such as salads, bruschetta, and quiches. Among the specialty breads are sourdough, einkorn wheat, and the “Pavé Isabelle,” made with organic flour.
