One of Brittany's most famous chocolatiers also owes its reputation to the kouignette, a smaller, more gourmet version of the kouign amann. The know-how and resources of MOF Georges Larnicol have been put to good use in the production of a range of high-quality products, including almond, salted butter caramel, chocolate and pistachio paste.
