It's hard not to notice the black and red front of La Jambonnerie Nantaise, located in the Halles Talensac. The counter lines up a wide variety of ham-based products, including some thirty sausages, Spanish and Italian ham, Grisons meat, andouilles and sausages, as well as a range of cheeses for aperitif platters where nothing is missing.
