Marc Moudens, baker for almost forty years, has passed on his know-how to his teams, who excel in the art of refining bread. Whether using natural sourdough or the poolish technique, their daily handiwork offers everyone the pleasure of a unique, well-crafted taste. "The secret of good bread is time, with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' rest for the dough", confides the baker, who loudly proclaims his quest for excellence and tradition. The bakery in L'Union, like the one in Blagnac, offers almost 45 different breads, with specialties that magnify French gastronomy. The great pastry classics are revisited and elegantly presented, while the tarts are also 100% homemade, using only the finest ingredients and generous amounts of fresh butter. A creator of gourmet events, La Grange des Pains is also a caterer, offering cooked dishes of the day, sandwiches, salads and poke bowls, to enjoy in the tearoom or to take away.
