Sylvain Fournier has opened his second boutique not far from Les Halles, with more ambition and a result to match. Behind the large grey facade, a pared-down, monochrome boutique, highlighting the chocolatier-pâtissier's creations. We recommend the house's beautiful, colorful entremets, as well as chocolates in ballotins, mendiants or tablettes.
