An "eco-pâtisserie" that lives up to its mantra, with organic and local products preferred, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free according to choice. This doesn't, of course, preclude gourmet delights, in this charmingly relaxed setting, with classics (Paris-Brest, pavlova) and very good seasonal fruit tarts.
