An allusion in the sign to the famous Cascade du Hérisson: we're in the Jura and the fruitière's cheeses have a good farmhouse taste: comté and morbier in force, but also tomme and raclette cheeses in a warm, parquet-floored space. You'll also find raw-milk goats' cheeses, cancoillotte, grass-flavored cheeses, yogurts and other regional products.
