Of course, Comté is a must, but Morbier, Bleu de Gex and Tomme au Genévrier are not to be outdone. Their membership of the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur association is a guarantee of their sustainable approach, in addition to their Comté and Morbier PDO milk.
