In a shopping area to the north of town, Stéphanie Cominges showcases raw-milk cheeses from her native Savoie, where she grew up, and matures a "meule de Cholet 16mois" on the premises at a reasonable price. Also of note are her magnificent trays decorated with edible flowers and her wide selection of raclettes in season.
