Cheese dairy Pontépiscopiens know a thing or two about cheese. And, in the cheese department, Annabelle Leplé gives them something to crow about. A cream-maker trained at Androuet, she has the enthusiasm, youth and ideas to make her store attractive and appetizing. Pont-l'évêque, of course, along with the other neighboring Norman lords, Camembert and Livarot, and even Brillat-Savarin. But also goats' cheeses, mountain cheeses...
