La Ferme du Montagnon has risen from the stones thanks to the motivation of Noël Myotte, a native of Orchamps-Vennes who set up a large butcher's shop. The original farmhouse is now a museum, while the second store displays products from the workshop in Cerneux. Many smoked products, Morteau sausage (he is one of the founders of the association that created the regional label "Véritable saucisse de Morteau"); Montbéliard sausage; dry sausage... smoked bacon.
