Breeding The philosophy of good food goes hand in hand with that of sharing, and it's with this in mind that La Ferme du Beau Pays has set up a sales outlet in the heart of the halles de Wazemmes. Lovers of nature, animals and good food, these young enthusiasts raise pigs and Highlands in the open air and feed them with cereals grown on the estate. In the shop window, you'll find superb organic meat from the Borre farm, as well as by-products processed into charcuterie (black puddings, sausages, hams, etc.).
