Organic isn't just a fad, it's a way of life. On this farm in Marguerittes, set in 8 hectares of natural surroundings, poultry and pigs are reared outdoors in optimal conditions. Sausages, hams and terrines are all made on the property, and are sold direct from the producer in the farm store, as well as online. Many of our products have won medals at the Gard Gourmand competition. Available at the Nîmes-Jean Jaurès market every Friday morning.
