Here, in the Gard countryside, is a farm offering quality meat. Specializing in pork, the farm also produces organic poultry, including hens, chickens and guinea fowl, as well as capons and turkeys for the festive season. All animals are raised outdoors on the farm. The farm's charcuterie, including hams, fromage de tête, andouillettes, pure pork chipolatas, herb sausages, black pudding, terrines, rolled brisket, sausages, dry sausages, etc., is produced on site in an approved laboratory. Two open days a year (one in mid-April and one in mid-November) with on-site catering, farmers' market, local crafts, tour of the farm.
