In a postcard setting, we set off to discover the last remaining farmland in the La Ciotat area. Here, for generations, families have cultivated a love of good produce, a respect for the land, for seasonality, for biodiversity... And the joy of sharing a passion for eating well to live well! We're at La Ferme Auvrai, once a small farm, now a large one, thanks to the impetus of its takeover by Brice and his father, Robert. Crop rotation, maximally natural fertilizers and optimized irrigation give birth to sun-drenched fruits and vegetables that blossom at their own pace, while preserving their taste and quality. From field to plate, La Ferme Auvrai delights its customers, both private individuals and the region's finest restaurants, thanks to the many virtues of short distribution channels. Poultry, raised in the open air in the best possible conditions, also contribute to this virtuous circle through their natural improvement of the soil. The on-site store offers direct sales, as well as many other local grocery, delicatessen and dairy products. Monday to Saturday, 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm.
