Bakery Enric, a passionate young craftsman with a passion for taste and flavor, has laid down his apron in this bakery and patisserie in his native Évreux: Enric, a great gourmand, has acquired a wealth of experience since his CAP in bakery and patisserie. He has taken over this establishment, where he offers only home-made products: from viennoiseries to pastries and doughnuts, everything is prepared on the premises, respecting the craftsman's gestures to which he is very attached. The bread, very slowly baked for added flavor, comes in Tradition, seeded and classic baguettes, as well as original ones such as the famous Tradition complète. On the pastry side, you'll enjoy classic pastries during the week, plus entremets and tarts with a daring twist at weekends. Last but not least, don't miss the snack section, which offers a host of surprises: sandwiches and salads with innovative recipes (Italian, Indian, chicken-pesto...) revisited with regularly-changing breads and always made from fresh produce. A store well worth a visit!
