Bakery Anthony and Maryse Gaboriau, who won second prize this year for their almond galette, are a good neighborhood baker. We come for the bread, the tourte du Doré, the khorazan, the Norwegian and the wholemeal. Meticulous pastry-making, with chocolate royal, caramel hazelnut tartlet, raspberry, paris-brest, tatin, tiramisu and a good flan. Wide choice of savoury tarts and sandwiches.
