Wine merchant Following in the footsteps of the other names on the street (Semilla, La Boissonnerie, Freddy...), a cellar that brings together the good choices that can also be found on the various wine lists of these neighboring restaurants. A wide choice of buddies, nuggets, natural wines without excess, rosés and sparkling wines. A very good choice in Languedoc and in the South in general: Aupilhac, Roquefort, Cal Demoura, Gauby, Gardiès, but also Château Yvonne or Mélaric in Saumur, and the rare Tressallier du Clos de Breuilly, in vin de France in the Saint-Pourçain region, without neglecting the great regions (Tollot Beaut in Burgundy, Jamet and Stéphane Robert in the Rhône...).
