Breeding A 6th-generation farmer, Pascal Cosnet markets his two brands of poultry (poulardes, pintades, chapons...) fed on corn and wheat grown on the farm, as well as a house blend of wild plants (brambles, dandelions, horsetails, nettles...) picked on certified organic farms. You can find them at Le Mans markets on Saturdays and Sundays, or at the farm.
