Valrhona has established itself as one of the leading suppliers to the foodservice industry and high-end chocolate makers. After creating the Valrhona School on its premises, the brand opened La Cité du Chocolat, housed in a modern 700 m² building dedicated to the history of chocolate and its manufacture. You can simply visit the premises (and taste, of course), but also take pastry-making classes.
