Bakery
5 baguettes, 45 types of special breads, viennoiseries, pastries... Christophe Buirette has been delighting you for 13 years in his village near La Ciotat, accompanied more recently by Paloma. A traditional rye and sourdough baguette, a petit épeautre, a chia seed bread or a khorasan buckwheat and millstone flour bread, the range of breads is infinite and renewed with the seasons. You can also try the browkie, a homemade viennoiserie that's half brownie and half cookie, or a tasty Parisian brioche. As for pastries, the best-seller is the red fruit tart, a favorite of summertime fans. Other bakers' creations include their famous tchatchata, a bread topped with sun-dried tomato, pesto, lettuce and parmesan, or salmon, guacamole and lettuce, or their pretzels with chorizo, bacon or goat's cheese. Tuiles, navettes, canistrelli and oreillettes are available for small snacks or to take with you on your travels. Honeys, jams, goat cheeses and broccius from friendly producers are also available in the store. Tearoom and terrace for fine weather.
