Eric Macé's cellar is a benchmark for its eclectic choice and its access to fine classic bottles, champagnes from proprietors (Leclerc Briant, Bourgeois Diaz...) as well as more confidential cuvées, with a very good choice between €10 and €20. Natural wines from committed winemakers, with finds from every region, from the Loire to Corsica, via the Jura. And organic ciders from Brittany.
