With, first and foremost, the famous Guisarde beer, custom-brewed in the Oise region for owner Gilles Pagan, available in a 6° "blonde" version or a 7° "abbaye" version, both of which are excellent. But you'll also find regional products, preserves and terrines, alongside a wide selection of French and Belgian beers, with regular new releases, and wines from all regions.
