More than a quarter of a century in business and still producing the same high quality products, this cheesemaker works with organic goat's, cow's and ewe's milk. Delicious at all stages, fresh or matured, semi-dry or semi-fresh. Also worth trying: flavored cheeses. Cheeses are available from the dairy on Wednesdays and Fridays. Eight different platters are available in the online store.
