Chocolate factory Above the fish market, this company founded in 1997 was taken over by Gabriel Maingret in 2021, rejuvenating the brand and offering creative recipes. The chocolates are made with the finest cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast, sourced from the finest raw materials, giving rise to successful variations: chocolates, bars and spreads.
