Gault&Millau's review

Roaster Bernay is home to one of France's best coffee roasters (awarded in 2012-2013). Sébastien Lerat, loyal to his post since 2009, remains a perfectionist. In his downtown store, he lovingly roasts around twenty different vintages and offers around fifteen for tasting. For a very reasonable price, aficionados can discover, among others, the Sidamo mocha or, one of the owner's favorites, whose name already transports them far from Normandy, the Panama Geisha.
