Bakery Sophie and Franck Pelé have been based in Bourges since 2008. The large, pink-edged window gives a direct view of the bread and brioche display. Traditional Label Rouge flour baguettes, with natural leavening; gault bread (rye and wheat); aperitif baguette (paired with a product of the moment...), pure butter and 100% homemade viennoiseries (adhering to the 100% homemade viennoiseries signatories' charter); a fine collection of savory and sweet tarts, with seasonal fruits or full of original ideas.
