Sophie and Franck Pelé have been based in Bourges since 2008. The large, pink-edged window gives a direct view of the bread and brioche display. Traditional Label Rouge flour baguettes, natural sourdough, gault bread (rye and wheat), baguette apéritive (associated with a product of the moment), pure butter and 100% homemade viennoiseries (adhering to the 100% homemade viennoiseries signatories' charter), a fine collection of savory and sweet tarts, with seasonal fruits or full of original ideas.
