At the helm of their small catering business, Cédric and Emmanuelle explore French cuisine from every angle, assisted by a team of enthusiasts. With a focus on fresh, organic and local produce, La Boîte à déjeuner delights you with a combination of gourmet goodness and healthy products, for buffets or table meals served in jars. "With us, there's no pre-established menu; we adapt to our customers' desires and budgets," explains the couple, who use only non-disposable crockery. Cédric likes to add creativity to traditional French dishes, spicing them up with influences from Italy, Asia, Greece... As for Emmanuelle, she's in charge of pastries, especially her famous cannelés. These enthusiasts always have something new to offer as the seasons go by: from strawberries to squash, nothing escapes them! Working mainly with companies and local authorities, the duo has forged strong links with many customers in the Annecy region, who have become loyal to La Boîte à déjeuner.
