Beekeeper
Since 2012, Thierry Cocandeau has been raising his colonies in the forests and hedgerows of Mayenne. This bee enthusiast knows his stuff. He operates and harvests several hundred hives in the traditional way, in order to produce 100% natural nectar, some of which he reworks to make gingerbread, candy and nougat. Polyfloral" Gold Medal at the Honey of France 2020 competition. Direct sales at the farm by appointment, at markets and in supermarkets.
