They dreamt it, they did it! Jean-Baptiste and Xavière Rollet opened a craft micro-brewery in the heart of the medieval city in 2022. Trou au Chat, Sentier du Rubis, la Brune du Porc-Épic... Each foam is an evocation of either Provins' typography or its history. To taste on site and/or to take away.
