An artisan cookie factory founded in 1997 by Christophe and Myriam Niceron, who now own three stores, one next to the production workshop in Le Palais, one on Place de la République in Le Palais and another on Rue de Kervozes in Quiberon. A great place to sample the house specialties: galettes and sablés, palets and gâteaux bretons, caramels and salted butter caramel creams.
