In the city center, artisanal charcuterie and prepared dishes, preferably using fresh, local produce. The stalls are always full of good ideas, for the individual taster as well as the whole family, taking you on a journey: Peking duck, fried noodles, sausage rougail, but also more traditional dishes such as capon supreme with morel mushroom sauce, smoked salmon and terrines. Specialties include lamb tagine, sauerkraut, chicken jambalaya and Cajun rice.
