In one of the capital's few craft breweries, Bruno Torres, a former photographer turned brewer, offers pure malt beers, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Hops, yeast, herbs and spices are carefully selected to create unique recipes. Visit and tasting by appointment. Open Fridays, 5-7pm.
