Étienne and Yannick’s small cheese shop is well known among cheese lovers, who appreciate its carefully curated, gourmet selection. Normandy’s AOP cheeses are, of course, featured and carefully selected, but so are lesser-known varieties, such as Tomme Normande and Pavé d’Auge. They carry cheeses from all over France and beyond.
