Butchery Right at the entrance to Trouville, after the Deauville bridge, this butcher's shop run by a pro, Denis Blanchais, caters for connoisseurs on both banks of the Touques: selected meats, Label Rouge farm poultry, preferential Normandy origins, everything here exudes honesty and quality.
