L'Esquermoise, a fine butcher's, delicatessen and caterer, opened in the eponymous street in 2016 under the (sharp) knife of two young craftsmen already full of promise, Cédric Lhomme and Marc Daubie. The resolutely modern store, with its well-presented meat, attracts a clientele of connoisseurs of essentially French matured butcher's cuts, Bresse chickens and other label poultry, terrines and charcuterie products of all kinds.
