Francesco Martorana imagined the composition as a tribute to the ancient Cretan diet, on the occasion of Marseille's 2,600th anniversary, taking the ingredients common at the time and imagining a chocolate with orange peel, almond, mint and olive oil for a delicate candy in the shape of an olive leaf.
