Bénédicte Olivier (daughter of Claude Olivier, the store's founder) is committed to providing quality selections, starting with local cheeses (pont-l'évêque), ciders and calvados, then moving on to other horizons (saint-félicien, tomme au marc de raisin, boulette d'Avesnes), which the cheese-making brother from Rouen wouldn't blush at.
