This associative brewery makes a point of using local products and aims to be a sustainable and ethical business. It uses solar energy and biomass, and the spent grains (leftover malt after brewing) are used to feed the fish. So nothing goes to waste! The company also strives to revitalize the local area by organizing festive and cultural events such as the Octobière Fest. It produces a triple honey beer, Ensourceleuse, an imperial stout, Vladimir, and a white beer, weiB bier.
