Like the 10 other boutiques created by Pascal Garreau, the Atelier is running smoothly, with mouth-watering preparations: light pastries (raspberry-sablé Breton tarts with light cream, éclair-caramel-salted butter...). The daily bread round-up: orange-cranberry, apricot-hazelnut make great accompaniments to takeaway catering jars. It's good, it's efficient, and the flow is assured with a steady clientele in this well-placed store.
