Butchery Cédric Jolivet and Justin Lacroix, artisan butchers and charcutiers, specializing in Charolais meats, have set up attractive stores in the region (also present in Gueugnon, Dompierre-les-Ormes, Tramayes and on the market in Saint-Étienne) to promote regional production.
