It's hard to miss the large, dark, molded-wood front of L'Arbre à Sucre, a patisserie-chocolaterie. L'Arbre à Sucre has taken as much care over its creations as over their presentation, in this sleek, contemporary room in shades of grey, with backlit glass shelves. In addition to pastries and chocolates, you'll find macaroons, truffles and cookies. A point-of-sale has also been set up in the halls.
