Water damage has put an end to C&Choux, the darling of choux pastry lovers in Caen. Having been deprived of this treat for many months, the people of Caen are welcoming the takeover of the shop by Marie and Loïc Joubert, former employees of C&Choux. There, they’ll find chocolate, peanut, caramel, hazelnut, and raspberry choux pastries, as well as a selection of other pastries (Saint-Honoré, Paris-Brest…), gourmet shortbread cookies, bear-shaped cookies, and chocolate spread.
