Pastry Kunihisa Goto, the excellent chef of L'Axel (3 toques and former Grand de Demain), is opening his first patisserie in the heart of Fontainebleau in mid-September 2021. We weren't able to discover it before printing this guide, but we're betting our eyes on this new address.
