Brewer
This is the local beer to try, brewed on site in a fine artisanal tradition and all organic. Of course, there's the white chestnut beer, which you must drink and take home as a souvenir, but we're also very fond of the blondie and the Cashmere IPA. You can buy on site, Monday to Friday, except Wednesday.
